A certificate of insurance is proof of your workers’ compensation insurance. The COI includes your policy number, policy effective date, certificate holder, and liability limits.
Log into your online account to create a COI. You’ll be able to choose between an instant COI and a custom COI based on your certificate needs.
A COI is valid for the entire policy period.
A Waiver of Subrogation waives Pie’s rights to sue a specific entity.

A Blanket Waiver waives all entities’ rights to sue a specific entity.

As an online company, Pie does not send invoices. After you choose a payment plan, you’re all set for automatic billing! Need a refresher? Review your selected payment plan in the policy documents attached to your Welcome Email.
